The head of the table ‘Roman Reigns’ has defeated the leader of the yes movement ‘Daniel Bryan’ to retain the Universal Championship at WWE Fastlane.
The Universal Title match between Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan at WWE Fastlane was a huge and tremendous one filled with suspense and chaotic drama. The match started and Bryan took everything it takes to tap out Roman Reigns with the ‘Yes Lock’ but his attempts was ruined by the intervention of Jey Uso and Edge.

Daniel Bryan passed out the official referee for the match with a running knee then Edge hits the ring and stood in as the new referee. The match continued and Jey Usos suddenly appeared in the ring and attacked both Bryan and Edge. Jey Uso grabbed the steel step and decimated Edge with it but Bryan maneuvered and connected him with him with the running knee and shoved him out of the ring with the steel chair.
The struggle for the win between Daniel Bryan and Roman reigns continued untill Edge hits the ring again and viciously attacked Bryan and Reigns with the steel step and left the arena. Roman Reigns then crawled to Bryan and pinned him for the 3 counts to retain the Universal Championship.
