Seth Rollins returned to SmackDown last night and made a brutal attack on Cesaro to make his presence felt in the Blue brand. Recall that Seth Rollins have been out of action in the ring for few months and showed up at Royal Rumble to participate in the 30 Men’s Royal Rumble Match.
Rollins was honoured by the entire SmackDown roster except the Universal Champion (Roman Reigns) on his return to SmackDown and they all stood around the ringside to welcome him to the Blue brand. Seth Rollins talked about being a father to a beautiful and admirable daughter that has really changed his life and perception. Seth Rollins disclosed that he is the leader that the entire SmackDown roster needed to elevate the brand to the peak. He also spoke about being the best and superseding other wrestlers in the end whole SmackDown division.
These statement of Seth Rollins made the entire SmackDown wrestlers angry and they all walked out of the ringside except Cesaro. Seth Rollins setting his eyes on Cesaro thought Cesaro stayed to acknowledge him as the best and his leader but Cesaro declined and walked out of him. This aggravated the anger in Seth Rollins and he brutally attacked Cesaro from behind while he was on his way to the entrance around the barricades. Seth Rollins continued to assault and attack Cesaro untill he was rescued by his Tag Team partner (Daniel Bryan) and other referees.
